Celebrating a Church Anniversary in 2008?
One of the many services of the Office of the General Assembly is to provide
a certificate from the Stated Clerk of the General Assembly on the occasion
of a church anniversary (in 25 year increments). Place your order for
a certificate by completing a church anniversary form.

The
Read Center is doing wonderful work promulgating adult literacy
in Richmond and the surrounding counties. The many hundreds
who have already availed themselves of the Center's free instruction
have greatly enriched their value to the community and themselves.
But the Richmond area is still plagued with one of the highest
illiteracy rates in the country,
leaving far too many deserving people with little prospect for
professional and self advancement. They are eager to spread the word
of the opportunites The Read Center offers. To learn
more about the Center and its programs, contact Brian Plante
at (804) 763-4468 or email
brianplante@AOL.com.
